1. Can I change my travel date and time?

You may change your travel date/time for a small fee (where applicable) PROVIDED you make the change of travel plans at least 3 days before the original departure date stated in the transfer voucher. For example, you will need to show up on Tuesday or earlier to change a trip that originally departs on Friday.


2. Can I choose to board the earlier departure time if it’s available?

Yes, you may do so for the same route on the same day if seats are available up till 15 minutes before its departure time. Please note that this change in bringing forward your trip must be done on the day of departure and will incur an administration charge of MYR10.00 and is subjected to seat availability.

E.G. If your journey is on 26th November at 3.30PM for PEN-KUL and you’d like to option for the 10.00AM PEN-KUL trip, you may come by our service centre up to 15 minutes before the 10.00AM departure to check if seats are available to make the switch.


3. Can I get a refund for cancellations?

There will be no refunds for cancellations.


4. Can I cancel my transfer voucher after its purchase?

All confirmed seat in a confirmed transaction/purchase is non-cancellable or refundable.

Customers are advised to ensure a confirmation of their choice depart and return before making a purchase during the allocated trip availability.


5. I have lost my transfer voucher, can I get a replacement?

A copy of all transfer voucher will be sent to the registered email, you can print it out from there or you can choose to simply show our driver the soft-copy of the email on your smartphones will do.


6. I missed the coach. Can I get a replacement trip with the next available one?

There are no complimentary replacements for a trip missed. A new transfer voucher will have to be bought.


7. Can I get a refund for a trip I missed for some reason or another?

Unfortunately you may not as all transfer voucher purchased are not refundable regardless of reason.


8. Can you waive the change charges if I can’t change to a new date due to your six weeks trip availability period?

There will be no waiver of charges. Please ensure that when you make your purchase of the transfer voucher, your intended travel date is confirmed as our system’s trip availability is strictly limited to six weeks unless notified otherwise.


9. How much is your standard coach fare?

Our standard coach fare is RM 80 two way for Penang to Genting Highlands. There is no child fare. If you purchase a one-way boarding ticket for Penang to Genting Highlands at our office, the standard coach fare would be RM43.
